Steak and Kidney Pudding...
...!
Now I know that not everyone is overjoyed at the thought of eating one of the body's filtering organs, but as the weather today is not at its best, 9*C outside; therefore a Summer Salad was not on today's mid-day Dinner Menu...
...
..resulting in this very tasty delight!...>>>
..together with an indeterminate amount of glasses of Bulgarian Cabernet Sauvignon!...
...!
Paul...Happy Tummy!...

I'm always a bit wary of Chicken, after the Salmonella, etc, food scares...(Hugh Fernley Watsisname).
I've only bought a couple of Chickens over the past few years, and always buy good quality, corn fed birds, and roast them VERY well..(using meat Skewers!)!
Its about time I got another one, I need to make some hot Chicken Curries with the left-overs!
...and some big Chicken Casseroles...with everything!
Paul...I'm getting hungry again...and Tea is 3 hours away!...

Top tip from Agi for you Paul, rub a bit of garlic lightly up and down the skin then rub in salt before popping it in the oven.
Tastes yummier than a very yummy thing
