Well the last team training is done. Pen-Y-Fan once again, and we shaved over 20 mins off the time we did it a fortnight ago! Not bad for three old farts Grin

I'd forgotten how nice a hot shower and a cold cider (accompanied with bacon sarnies) could be. Role on Wednesday when we head off to fairest Scotland Wink

Forgot to mention that we started and finished in cloud and had a VERY close encounter with the Mountain Rescue Sea King (not for us real men I hasten to add).
Nearly had a rotor/face experience Grin
