This is taking awhile... Grin

FSX and Windows 7
REX2
ORBX
Frame Rates set to 30...during flight frame rates stayed in that area...
Video Driver is up to-date for the GEForce 580 and is Driver Number 296.10

Stephane here are a couple of things that were different than yours on the NVIDIA Inspector and yes I checked both areas... Smiley

Antialiasing OFF...have a look at the aircraft antenna...

That's not good, you have to set ALL of the parameters as they appear in my screenshot. So far, you have set the AA to "application controlled", which means the application (FSX) decides if the AA should be on or off.
If you want the AA to be forced via NVidia Inspector, then you have to set the AA to "Override any application settings", as shown in my screenshot. I paste it below once more:
