Well I didn't want people to see my Thomas the Tank Engine Cutlery.
Just joking.

Paul, you don't have Gravy with Steak.
(well maybe UK Steak isn't very nice if you need Gravy with it.

Beef Steak is a very expensive luxury for me over here..
..so, on the very rare occasion(s) when I purchase it, I turn it intro a massive, full-blown Dinner; Steak roasted in the oven, with boiled potatoes, roast potatoes, assorted vegetables...
...and...
GRAVY!
I make the most of it!...
...!
Paul...now I'm hungry...again!...

I don't think Steak is as expensive here. $15.58 NZ for about 1200 grams of Rump Steak.
So in the UK at that price it would be about £8 for 2.65 pounds of Steak.

Ok that does it. i just refinished the deck on my house. I just added a 12 X 12 lower deck. I tore down a 10 X 10 shed that is now going to be a 3rd deck for my brand new grill. I refuse to cook on it until my back yard is complete. I'm hoping to have the wood I need before weeks end to build it. THEN i'll be taking shots of everything I cook and or smoke in my seperate smoker.. I have a feeling some of you will wish you had smellivision installed on your monitors
. I live pretty close to the beaches here on the east coast. If you can smell it from across the pond dinner is on me..But BYOB and a round for the chef as well
. I see you like it still mooing as I do. Delicious shot

The space station recently had a close encounter with an object, Mike. I think it's my old BBQ lid.

I rolled my old grill out to the front yard along with a ton of other stuff from the shed I tore down....Within 15 minutes most of it was gone. Thats my neighborhood. One mans trash is anothers treasure. As long as I don't see it anymore is fine by me.
Mike
Oh is that the extra flicker of light I see in the evening near the space station
