I know US carriers don't service Sochi on the Black Sea but a few screens anyway. I happen to like the 1011 and this livery:

Great shots.....cool bird Cool Cool

"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.

Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

That first shot is quite unusual for me. Very nice.
The angle of view in the second shot is great as well. It's not easy to make a good shot with default ground textures in the background, but you made it  Cool

Thanks folks. Glad you liked them. I'm not usually into big iron but I do enjoy the TriStar from time to time. I like its lines.

Jetprop linked to the Ruth Thomas version. This is actually the HJG TriStar: Historic Jetliners Group located here on Simviation's domain. If you aren't familiar with them, check them out.

Edit: Daube, thanks. You posted while I was typing this reply. In the first shot, I wanted to give a sense of departure without the usual full aircraft shot.
