It looks a bit "crumpy" tho, but ok.
Whichever software you use to resize your shots make sure that the "Preserve aspect ratio" option is checked.
PS. This doesn't seem to work on Gadwin PrintScreen. If you have a wide-screen monitor you have to set it manually. Try 1024 x 640.
I resized this in IrfanView.
Also press Alt + Enter & take the shots in Full Screen mode. Wait until the pause warning is not visible.

Or you can just right click & un-dock the window which will make the menu & pause warning disappear.

Oh again, thank you very much Hager and andy, think i'm close to be an expert
Btw Hager. Gadwin has the opportunity you mentioned, but the program will not take pics on a full screen, then it all go black.

You don't need Gadwin or any other 3rd party utility to take shots in FSX. Press the V key to take the shots. In Win7 they will be saved in BMP format in C:\username\Pictures\Flight Simulator X Files . Then use a graphics editor like BD Sizer or IrfanView* to resize the images & save them in JPEG format for posting on the forum.
*My walk-through should give you the general idea. -->

Oh boy, i'm not even close to be an expert, holy macro.
Hager, i tried the infranwiew with addons, but i got stucked with all of the things that program can do! I'm a beginner on photos, remember
Then i installed CHUCK's link BD Sizer, and that is surely an easier way to do it for oldies like me

IrfanView is a very useful basic graphics editor & image viewer. You don't need to use all the features. Resizing & saving images is quick & simple.

That's fine. Use whatever suits you. I would have posted a link to my BD Sizer walk-through but it's for an earlier version.
