Hi all,

Sometimes, you look around and you get some tips that the time to land has come. Weather can be explicit...

...

Now to find a free hangar...

Good morning Stephane... Smiley

Wonderful shot...now let me see...HMMM

-aircraft is in bottom right corner...great idea showing
only part of the wing

-we can guess it is probably a World War Two taildragger
and from the angle of the shot of the buildings the
aeroplane was taxiing

-shot was taken from the cockpit looking starboard
adding to the angle of the shot

-clouds take up most of the shot getting your intentions
across, I think are the focal point and compliment your
commentary

-the little bit of blue sky and the sun not yet obscured
by the clouds adds more realism and body to your
commentary

-capture of the aircraft contrail to the left of the sun
breaks up the sky even more...nice

Ok Stephane...be easy on me... Grin
How did I do?  Did I capture most of the feeling of the shot?

Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

hehe, excellent analysis Doug, but you have over-estimated me on this one. In fact, I was just taxiing in the virtual cockpit of the A2A P-40 after an exploration flight. While looking around, I noticed this nice cloud formation, and by chance the sun was also visible with that AI plane cruising nearby. The contrast was interesting so I decided to take the shot. Yep, it's simply one of these "lucky" shots Smiley
