Not sure whether my question belongs here.. tell me off if I am wrong. I'm a 62 year old newbie about 3 years into building my own pc's watercooled one and one in progress. Like add-ons which are payware and love the airline challenge from concorde to A 300's and Boeing in fact anything serious. I now am navigating with plan 'G' Flight Simulator Build. My scenery enhamcers are FScene, Ground Environment Europe also North America. Just purchased a weather aid which duplicates some planning tasks "Real Environement Extreme 2.0" Have I gone overboard ie., are there overlaps and clashes. Many thanks for help receiveiced or advice

I would defiantly do REX ( Real Enviroment Xetreem) because it adds soo much more for flight sim.  As for NAV Aids, I personal don't use the m because if you use an FMC or CDU, your going to plug that way points into them, so use flightsim for VOR location and reference
Hope it helps
