I have got the Aerosoft F-16 and have flown it a few times now. Only problem is that the two screens (MFD's) are blank. Can't turn them on. Read the manual and it says the MFDs are activated with the Avionics Power panel on the right console. I turned it on and i get nothing. I toggle the "MFD" switch and still nothing. Anyone have any ideas what I am missing. As stated in other threads the manual is kinda light on info on how to actually get things up and running. Any help will be much appreciated.

I am not at home so I can not look at the panel to get the switch names, but on right panel towards the back there are three switchs you have to set correctly.  One switch is a rotary switch and you set that to normal.  The other two switches are toggle switches and those need to be toggled up.

It's the avionics power panel...if you set the rotary switch on and toggle the MFD and UFC switches they should power up as stated.  Page 31 of the manual shows where the panel is. Smiley

There is nothing wrong with the download, you just have to turn it on. This video should help http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=195u_yyWCdo

ya still not working. Did 2 re-installs. Might have to re run the FSX disc and see if something needs to be "repaired" .

FSX shouldn't need to be repaired; if it did it wouldn't work at all. And if you do repair you will lose all add-on repaints of default planes.

Have you got the most recent version? Does the MFD work on some versions & not on others?

Andy is right. Its not the fsx.

Do you have the opportunity to try the ac on another pc?

No it is all the models. It is also happening on a another plane, the EA-6 Prowler from Flight Deck 6. Every other plane from flight deck works fine. Don't know why it is these two. They are both legit copies. Because it is from two different makers i thought i was a issue with FSX. Any new idea's?

Go join the Aerosoft F-16 support forum, do a search for "MFD will not turn on", or stuff like that.  If you can not find a solution then ask Aerosoft Support for help.
