These guys need to think ouside the box:

herhum, (taking a nerdy pill and putting on a nasal voice):

If you wanted to build it you'd find an object already halfway built....An asteroid.

Stick a weapon and a drive on it, plus some living quarters.  Then start mining to produce steel and improve it where it is.

If you used the Workfare work experience scheme you wouldn't have to pay for the labour.

......pill just wore off. God I talk rubbish.

Can a vacuum be classed as an environment to be polluted? These eco-mentalists will be exterminated as soon as I work out my new plan and take over the universe!

Technically, it's not a vacuum, since there is all kinds of dust, dark matter, rogue planets, etc. floating in the areas between the solar systems, so I don't think pollution is a major issue here.  In fact, if all of that matter between the stars could be mined, we would be doing the galaxy a favor by tidying up a bit.  Smiley

I think if it were possible i'd rather have Vaders flagship the Avenger. Smaller sure but if I want to go light speed anywhere I just don't see that happening with the Death Star. It took the entire movie to have it move to its next target Grin. The janitorial staff alone would cost millions for upkeep....that sure is alot of Empire toilet cakes Grin Grin Grin

Has anyone ever thought of Legos? Huh LOL Plastic, small, cheap, and can be built inside your house. If I remember correctly (It has been about 9 years since I played with legos), you can even get a little Darth Vader, and Palpatine figure to go with it  Grin Grin Grin

Legos are plastic and therefore made with petroleum.  Big time no-no...  Maybe Lincoln Logs?  You could cut down all of the trees on Endor and finally be rid of all of those muppets!  Cheesy
