Nice shots! The displays look very strange with that layout! I normally fly with them in PFD/ND mode.

You can switch it in the FMC. PMDG options-> Aircraft->display. It was also part of the texture.

I know, i just think it looks very weird in that mode, kinda like an digital version of a 737-400 cockpit.
