Good afternoon all... Smiley

Several weeks ago I asked if anyone would paint the Douglas DC3/C47/Dak aircraft available from Awesome 4Some and Andy "andy190" took up the challenge.

It got uploaded to the Simviation FSX>Vintage>DC-3 ski & cargo downloads today.

Was going to go to the bugsmasher field today to do some circuits in a C185 on wheel/skis with a great old friend.  We used to do lots of family camping trips together in our respective aircraft and this we will do tomorrow while the old girl is at church getting saved...again... Roll Eyes      Grin

I will also have bragging rights on these two repaints and will lay it on heavy with those other Old Retired Rocking Chair Flying Geezers... Grin

This is what Simviation is all about...members helping members and we have a great membership.

I am not stuck on flying jets, military aircraft or the large airline company aircraft...(been there....done that....got the pension...had to buy the dam ball caps.... Roll Eyes

That is why Andy repainted these two Douglas DC3s:

Glad you like her Doug. Just please; please have more fun flying her than I did painting her. Grin

It was a good experience though & I learnt something.

Now on to the February Repainting Contest. Wink

The last shot is just great  Cool
But ok, it's easy to make good shots with such a plane Wink

Now those compliments coming from you should be a clue for Andy to keep on repainting and doing what he does best... Smiley

Thanks for the compliment Fox. Smiley

Doug I am going to carry on repainting. First I'm going to do a repaint for the Repaint Contest that Club508 set up.

Then I will finish my Buffalo Airways Beechcraft Baron. Wink

Goodly morning all... Smiley

Looking forward to more of your work Andy... Smiley

Make sure you have fun while you are doing it.

Would be nice to see all the aircraft Buffalo Airways fly here in the Buffalo Livery for FSX and FS2004.

I could never get that Curtiss C46 to work quite right in FSX so I deleted it.  Can not remember what the problem with it was now.

Andy have a look in the Virtual Airlines and Events Messages Forum here and I posted Kelowna Air...they have an excellent selection of repaints for all their aircraft... Wink
