So i was browsing the internet and i found this statement that an unworthy BETA tester leaked with an update.
"Updated crash geometry on several scenery objects and mission object and updated level-end to allow crash sequence to run before showing missions failure screen when crashing during a Mission."
So that tells you something....

The 'crash sequence' has had many faces over the years. The 90s games had the crumbling planes, FS2004 had a crash sound but not much more (without addons).
Speculating on Flight's crash sequence from that alone won't give you definative answers. My computer has been out of the works for a few weeks now so I am unable to test the beta (I'm not sure if any updates have been released) but I urge you just to hang on in with the guess work for a while longer
