I had FSX on another computer years ago and I would like to add some of the hours I had on that computer,so is it possible to edit the logbook.bin file on my PC that I got now?

You can but it cannot be edited directly and the FSX built-in editor is faulty and will cause errors.

A recommended 3rd party FSX Logbook Editor is Lamont Clarke's FSX Logbook Editor, found here...
