Do they not work at all or do they simply brake poorly?

Start a plane, get a outside POV, engage reverse... do the engines open up to deploy reverse thrust?

If yes, then you have a problem of weak reverse you can correct editing the .AIR file.

If not and you're sure the assignments were done well, you sure the keys of your keyboard work correctly? I had to trash a lot of keyboards (current included ASAP) because some keys just randomly got in their... whatever passes for mind to go on momentary strike.

Note:
specifics on .AIR file editing to strengthen reverse thrust will be given on demand. You need it, I tell you. Not much point giving you a something you don't need Wink

There is no such a thing as overkill. Only unworthy targets.

Hey thanks for your message. The thrust reverse does not work at all. I have looked at the outside pov and nothing happens at all. It has done in the past so a bit confused why. Next to the F1 and F2 button in setting there is a little^ sign should this be there???

You say it's not working but it could be but the 'repeat key' is not set.

Go back to outside view and repeatably press the F2 key, if you see the engine cowling move for reverse thrust for each press the go back into options/controls/key press and find engine controls and check repeat  is fully to the right.

May the Mynd be with you.
So far my number of landings either passenger or pilot equal my number of takeoffs, but that is due to change Smiley

I don't hear reverse thrust sounds on any of my setups that are close to what you would here if you were watching at the airport

Sometimes its just the keyboard, some of them you have to hold down the FN key and then hold it, if that is the case then you could reassign the thruster keys to something easier...
