Some of the posts about the L.A. arson prompted me to post this link.  While I am frequently disgusted by humanity for one reason or another I also am touched by stories like this one.  It shows true heroism and selflessness and it touched me in a very positive way.

It is stories like this that I think help us sustain our belief in the basic goodness of people.
Well done to 'em all, these are the sorts of people that deserve recognition and praise as examples in our society Cool

I don't know about that. Sometimes I wonder if this sort of phenomena is an exception to the rule and not the norm anymore... Roll Eyes
