"Larry," questioned the teacher, "Why are you late?"
"Because school started before I could get here."

"Larry, name an important thing we have today that we didn't a decade ago."
With little hesitation, Li'l Larry declared, "Me!"

"Mary," requested the teacher, "go to the map and find North America."
Walking up to the map display, Mary pointed, "Here it is."
"Correct," replied the teacher, "Now, Larry, who discovered America?"
"Mary."

"Larry," inquired his teacher, "why are you doing your factoring lesson on the floor?"
"You told me to do it without using tables."

"Larry, how do you spell 'crocodile?'
"C-r-o-c-k-a-d-i-l-e"
"No, that's wrong."
"How can that be wrong?" asked Li'l Larry, "You asked me how I spell it."

"Larry, what is the chemical formula for water?"
"H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O."
"Certainly not," sighed the teacher.
"But," responded Li'l Larry, "yesterday you said it's H to O."

"Larry, we talked about chemical formulas yesterday and I put a droplet of water on your desk,"
the teacher hesitated while nearing Li'l Larry's desk, "What is its composition?"
"Um, mostly nitrogen and oxygen, " Li'l Larry stated.
"Larry!" exclaimed the astonished teacher, "That's the main composition of Earth's atmosphere!"
"Yep," affirmed Li'l Larry, "and the water evaporated yesterday so now it's nothing but air."
