So I recently bought the Saitek pro flight yoke (w/ throttle quadrant), the rudder pedals, and an extra USB throttle quadrant for four engine configurations. All of the hardware functions flawlessly, but I can't seem to configure it for 4 engines. When I set the 6 levers for Speedbrake, Eng 1, Eng 2, Eng 3, Eng 4, Flaps (left to right) speedbrake eng 1 eng 2 and flaps work perfectly. However eng 3 & 4 jump up from 0 to 50% as soon as I take the levers off idle, they move up to 84% when the levers are at full, and if I bring the levers back to idle the engines stay at 50%. Again this is only an issue with my 3 and 4 engines. I was on the phone with Saitek support for 2 hours and they couldnt figure out what the problem was. Does anyone have any idea how I can fix this so I can finally fly quad jets. I'd prefer not to purchase FSUIPC and configure it that way, I'd rather stay in FSX. No I don't have the Saitek software installed (was getting phantom button). Help!  Sad Sad

Thanks

The best way to fix this is with FSUIPC. It is payware, but it will solve ALL your problems. I bought it quite some time ago and have never regretted it. You will be able to program every lever and switch to do exactly what you want and a lot more.

I was afraid someone would say that. I want to try and limit my purchases (ironically, since I just bought all this hardware).

I know this is a bit late but if you havent got a resolution then here is my sugestion to try.  I have the same setup minus the Rudder pedels.  Ensure that the 3&4 lever sensitivity slider is all the way to the left or right and the null zone to zero.  I am not at my flight sim pc to check which way on the sensitivity.  I have mune configured for a twin engine with the second TQ being prop2 and mixture 1&2.  I have no problems and use only the in game configuration to do my assignments.
