Location: Bowerman "KHQM" Washington State, United
States

Visibility set to 64 in Custom Weather
Lots of Great Freeware Downloads right here at Simviation...
Frame Rate was set at 20 and I left FRAPS running...
It was great flying this area, my traffic was not set high and yet there were lots of motor vehicles and boats...
Lots of ships in the area but this one was docked...
Gentle Approach keeping an eye on the Starboard shore line to help judge my height and rate of descent...
Touchdown...

Beautiful shots Doug, especially the last three.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Awesome shots Doug......I use FSWC with
everything
"Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth and danced the skies on laughter silvered wings. Sunward I've climbed and joined the tumbling mirth of sun split clouds.....and done a hundred things you have never dreamed of.....wheeled and soared and swung high in the sunlit silence. Hovering there, I've chased the shouting wind along and flung my eager craft through footless halls of air.
Up, up the long, delerious, burning blue I've topped the wind swept heights with easy grace where never Lark, nor even Eagle flew. While with silent lifting of mind I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space, put out my hand and touched the face of god"

Very nice shots Doug ! I especially like the second one
So what do you think about the PNW demo ? Have you been exploring the area north of Bowerman, up to Sekiu ?
Got bloom ?
Got mountains ?
Got damage ?

Thanks Stephane "Daube" again for all your time and help.
Have not done any Cross Country Flights yet but will get at them sometime near the first of next week.
This is a Long Week-end here, a Holiday.
Thanksgiving is one of the holidays we all try to get together for a feast and good time.
Several of our children and their families will not be here as they are on both coasts of Canada and one is still away on military service flying.
We shall spend time with many family and of course at the local bugsmasher airfield this week-end as there will be lots going on.
The old girl has lots for me to do today and tomorrow so my time on this electronic gizmo will be limited...
Me and this electronic gizmo should be off into the wild blue simulated sky next week...
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Yes, ORBX does nothing for the water, except close to shore in some locations. And even then you might find a setting that you like better.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Sweet Shots Trucker!!
I've been banned for being an ill mannered imbecile with all the charm of a cocaine snorting Rottweiler.
I have difficulty seeing due to the massive floppy pink appendage growing out of my forehead and flopping in front of my eyes!
