2003: the year NH couldn't

The F-22 was grounded for some time and its pilots were left in apprehension while engineers worked on an inherent problem. It has now been announced that the F-22 has been given flight clearance but that may only be temporary. Engineers still haven't rectified the problem with the oxygen system, so pilots are still holding their breath...

With H, it's often difficult to tell.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

With H, it's often difficult to tell.
Good point, in the general section, he can hint on humour quite well, but in the humour section, I've learned not to expect anything less than the name of the section.
