I have installed Eugene Heyart's Otter package and the float plane version seems to work reasonably well but the wheel version has no rudder control. I cannot taxi or make co-ordinated flight with the wheel version.

Is this a problem exclusive to me or are others having the same problem ?

If some one has already contacted him about this then I won't bug him about it just yet. But if no one has this problem I'll have to send him an email.

I just don't like to be a complainer for a freeware package that's all.

have you checked that your "auto rudder" is not turned on.   if you do have it on, then rudder inputs from your pedals or twist joystick will be locked out and will have no function.  I would start from there.

If you are on the ground, (probably not the issue) but make sure "tail wheel lock" is not engaged as well.

Well, I tried everything I could think of and everything anybody suggested and nothing worked - so I gave up and went on my way. Today I went back to the otterpzl and lo  and behold the problem is gone.

I have no idea what corrected the problem, but I'm glad it is gone.
