The package uses aliased sounds meaning it uses sounds from another aircraft, which you must have installed.

In this case it uses sounds from the UKMIL Tornado shared files base pack available here-http://www.simviation.com/1/browse-Military-57-12?mark=35341#35341

You can alias sounds from any suitable aircraft that you have installed by editing the Dutch Viper's sound.cfg files. Example:

The Dutch Viper sound.cfg file-

[fltsim]
alias=UKMIL Tornado Shared\sound

To use the default Lear 45 sound, change to-

[fltsim]
alias=Lear45\sound

or any other aircraft's sound-

[fltsim]
alias=any aircraft's main folder name\sound

At that time [1909] the chief engineer was almost always the chief test pilot as well. That had the fortunate result of eliminating poor engineering early in aviation.          Igor Sikorsky

I intend to live forever....so far, so good.         Steven Wright

You know....you can just rip up a to-do list.
