What would be the best, non expensive fish eye lens available for a Canon?  I've tried some of the cheaper ones but they all turned out blurry and left that annoying black ring. (Is the ring with all fish eye?  Because I've seen some pics without it.)  I would like to stay under $150ish. Wink

I'm sure there's a 'best one' for under $150, but a good one? I really highly doubt it.

Opteka produce fisheye adapter lenses, they have a 0.2x converter, so whack that onto a wide lens and it will become quite fishey looking. It should quite happily bolt onto the 18-55 kit lens.

The cheapest prime lenses themselves will be many hundreds, so an adapter is probably going to be the best option for now. By zooming in a bit, you should be able to remove some of the effect of the black outer ring.
