when downloading, always save to your computer, instead of running... that might help. then once you have the entire .exe saved to your computer, run it from there. you can always delete it afterwards.

ok, depending on what operating system you are running, when that notice comes up, go to option/advanced options/more options and click 'run as administrator'... if its your computer, it should let you do this! if not, try asking around on the software forums here at simV for some help with that problem! good luck! hope that helps!!

sorry... a more simple way of acheiving this is right ckicking on the .exe file and click 'run as administrator'

Hmph, it says it isn't a valid Windows 32 template and i have windows 7 64 bit. My norton also tracked that it has a virus. That's too bad, it looks like a great plane Sad But i guess that with every good thing you can buy, there's a possible downside to it. Thanks for all the help though Smiley

I guess the virus might have something to do with the new update they had on January 1st of 2011. All the posts said that they were thankful for the update but i guess there's a virus in it. Sad  I'll just get the Carenado C340. Carenado is safe and they always impress me with their aircraft.

you can find the general rules on the 'upload images' link at the top of the forum...

the strict rules are...

upload here to SIMV,

make sure the pics are 155kb or less and 1024 or less in width... if this is a problem (as a lot of us run in HD these days) then there are some great freeware programs that will help you get your 1920x1080 5mb+ pics down to size without too much quality loss. if you have something like photoshop then this will also do that for you too.

once you have uploaded your pic, just copy the bit after 'copy and paste:' and throw it into your thread! give it a try and if it dont work, or you break the rules, then just try again! once you get used to it, its easy.

hope that helps!
