the nicely upgraded Jens Kristensen FS2004 Short S-30 flying boats 'Cabot' and 'Clare' complete with DVC. Cool

These C class flying boats not only served as the basis for the Sunderland, but served as patrol and long range transports throughout the war. In addition to sub patrol for Coastal Command, her routes included trans-Atlantic, England to Lisbon, Cairo and the Far East.

Many of the Empire boats (both the S23s and longer range S30s) had armament added during he war. This was in the form of a dorsal and/or a tail turret and individual MGs mounted in hatches. One example is seen in the photo below with the aircraft out of the water on a wheeled craddle.

If I can design a suitable dorsal turret, that can be mounted on this aircraft through the DP file. Roll Eyes
