I'm going to guess the bottom is a CRJ-900, but I don't know the airline.

Correct airplane. Its a CRJ-900 for Air Canada Jazz.

bottom to me looks to be a MADDOG MD-80 or even MD88. probably 88.

Its hard to tell but on the bottom of the last one you can see the wheels. On the MD's the wheels are "hidden". On CRJ's you can see them.
