Nice shots there Larry. How did that green area keep from getting snowed on?  Freaky storm? It happens. I've seen it rain on one side of the street and dry and sunny on the other side here in Phoenix many a time.  Wink

No, don't have the Nemeth, so I can't compare. But I like this one. It looks, sounds and flies great. My only complaint, so far, is they did not include a gun ship. Sad

Here is what you have to do.

Winter textures: The surrounding terrain switches automatically to winter when necessary while the
Wasserkuppes 3D terrain doesnt.
If you want to fly in winter, please go to
FSX\Aerosoft\German Airfields 7\Texture\
and copy all 4 files from the winter subfolder to the texture folder (overwrite existing files). If you want to switch back to normal (snow free) textures later on, just copy the files from the Normal subdirectory to texture.
Please note: When using VFR Germany , switching to Winter textures is deactivated as it wouldnt make any sense to have a snow covered spot in an otherwise green landscape (see next chapter German Airfields and VFR Germany )

Actually, the Huey is pretty easy to fly, for a chopper.
