Wendy and I, got out for a bit of a ride on the Bandit today....although nobody was there to take any shots for us, trust me, it was a tad chilly but worth every km that we endured. I did however get to put the bike back inside and jump in the car to see if things had changed at all, at the scene of my last image post......
Yup, things have changed........they're getting concerned about the weight of snow that the rooftops are supporting, to the tune of seeing about hiring some strapping young bucks to clear the load. You can well imaging why...........this is a full size snow-cat/groomer working at clearing a pathway to the condos. As you can see, the ground floor of this building is almost totally shut off from the surroundings, by regular undrifted deadfall snow.........
And from the other day, in comparison, the snow has accumulated to a higher degree now.....

Nice to see you enduring proper snow there Ken
There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

The beauty of that first shot is such, that the first time I visited the thread I was at a loss for words. You are in the wrong profession Ken.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Hard to believe that something so pretty could be so dangerous. That first shot is a cracker.
PS. Have you got one without the snow-cat?

If he doesn't Doug, and will give me permission, I think I can remove it pretty easily.

Indeed I do Doug. In fact, I got one with a person in the area so you might have a better comparison ......are you looking for a specific size or will the same size do
?

I'm pretty heavy equipment myself. I could just lean against it.
