Judge dismisses Donald Trump's lawsuit aimed at redirecting flights over his Palm Beach club

Circuit Court Judge Joseph Marx has dismissed Donald Trump's lawsuit aimed at redirecting flights from the county airport that the real-estate-tycoon-turned-TV-star deemed too disruptive for his Mar-a-lago Club.

Trump's suit, filed in July, targeted the noise from passing airplanes, saying they were affecting Mar-a-lago's property values as well as the ability to use the historic property.

His suit sought to bar flights over Mar-a-lago, stop proposed airport expansion and even accused Airport Director Bruce Pelly of "intentional battery" for refusing to shift flight paths or make other changes to lessen the disruptions ...

What a pompous ass. A relatively unsuccessful real estate developer whose only real talent is publicity. Like a sucker I have just given him some for free.

I like Donald Sutherland and Donald Duck. I can't stand Donald Trump, with or without money. We should send that judge a case of whatever beverage he likes.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

the Trump, the Tara Banks,Janice Dickinson, David Hasselhoff , Simon Cowell all those P** O ** S from reality TV shows (Which I think Is the most thing I hate in my life)

we all know the Guy not for being one of the riches man in USA ,we know him by watching him in the aprentice how he likes humiliate people ..
those TV reality are FIRED !!
and has change the way talents use to born in the past,
I hate when I see a great voice a good signer being so humiliated in American Idol or Kids ,treated like garbage in American Top models ,or three cheaps prostitutes feel themselves as queen in a playboy Mansion, Why what example does this last shows Teach?
