Two dedicated track bikes I pressume? (no license plates and such). Thinking about doing the same with my old Honda. I rarely ride it on the road anymore but I do enjoy trackdays. At least I did, the last trackday I had is 3 years ago.

Carlo, just nip over the border and renew your relationship with some eye watering speed on the Autobahn. It should either make you want to sell it and use the cash for new underwear or make you born again

Matt,
I'm familiar with the German autobahn. I'm not that far away from the border. But it's not what I'm looking for in riding bikes. If I wanted to go fast, I wouldn't have sold my Fireblade. That old bike of mine can just barely touch 200kph. It's build (customized) for cornering. Cornering is more fun and tracks are made for that. I can do it on some roads here too. But somehow there is always an annoying tractor driving in front of me or a group of cyclists.

Or a tractor pulling out in front of you and forgetting he has a trailer behind him

I've raced XR2is and Formula Fords on a track, but I've never taken a bike on one.
Done a fair bit of off-roading.
I'm thinking about doing my IAM and maybe a couple of days to improve my riding...
Didn't get the Kwaka yesterday, but still looking. Might take a few weeks but I'll wait for the right bike.

Mark, From the nwb forum and the posts on there Its definately something to go for, There's a few pc plods on the forum but there down to earth and are the actual instructors & assessors who do the tests etc...
have a look on pistonheads or if you want me to i'll have a gander for you on a couple of the ones i use.
P.s Carlo, the ZX7R & the ZX10R in the video are road bikes, With the licence plates & mirrors removed for the day.
p.p.s Mark, If you want a good trackday at a fairly low price then I can reccomend trac mon in anglesey! as its ideal even on a 125cc

I can only say this... it's green, not nice plant green but mad viper killer green! Think of a bamboo viper on a bad acid trip.
Even sitting still with the engine off it is intimidating.
I'll be collecting her on Saturday.... I'm scared but at the same time creaming my leathers in excitement!!!! Oh and the new helmet paintjob is SERIOUSLY unpleasant. It'll offend anyone with a religious bent, gold angels on a white lid. I just thought it was so silly I had to have it
My helmet wouldn't look out of place on the Christmas tree

It is your body telling you that it wants a nice sit up and beg tourer and not to be moulding itself to the fuel tank any more
