Some of my favorite addon aircraft are exploding in flight, and I don't understand why.  I could use some help on this one.  It's driving me nuts. Tongue   Cry

Note: The one thing they have in common is that they are all jets.

Wink  The answer to this one is fairly simple.   Just follow the instructions in this excerpt from the Fox Four Korea FAQ page:

IMPORTANT CAUTION: In Korea, you have entered the very different world of jet combat, where speed and G-forces become critical factors and structural failure a real concern. It is important to understand that CFS2 was created for prop aircraft and, simply stated, the sim's performance parameters are not broad enough to cope reliably with all aspects of jet performance. The primary drawback is known as "Exploding Jets", which is catastrophic structural failure that causes your aircraft to self-destruct in mid-air.

THIS CAN BE EASILY AVOIDED BY MAKING THE FOLLOWING CHANGE IN YOUR CFS2.CFG FILE:

Open the CFS2.CFG file (Main CFS2 directory) in Notepad.
Scroll down to the [REALISM] section & change the StressDamage=True entry to StressDamage=False
Exit Notepad saving changes. That's it. No more Exploding Jets.

NOTE: The G Forces On/Off option in CFS2 Settings refers to the effect of these forces on the pilot...i.e. Grayouts and Blackouts.  Sad
