Goodly evening all... Smiley

You know what I figured out I miss the most living in the city?

My Two Holer with catalogue rack.

Yup...a fella could sit there for a hour and count his blessing, plan his day, even plan his Flight Plan.

Why I would sit for a good hour in the Two Holer at the Flying Club and look at all the new inventions and read those interesting flying articles without a worry in the world.

http://asiaspirit.com/lavatory.html

Last week I asked if I could build a Two Holer overlooking the river at the Condo.
Found a good spot to, right under a big old maple tree with a good view in several directions and good cross ventilation.

That Board of Directors would not even listen to my proposal.    Tongue

Did you know back in the old days we used to tow a Two Holer aloft with a rope ladder and it"s own two little wings.
Oh yes...I wouldn't lead you all astray... Tongue

That is where Co-Pilots came from...those trips back then were long.
One could not just park under a tree like we did on horse back many times.

No way...aeroplanes are different than horses, although they do use horse power.

Well I hear the old girl a coming so I had better leave the Pilot's Lounge before I end up somewhere else, but I am really glad I could help edumacate some of you folks.    Smiley

Just one question Doug. What do you use now that the Sears catalog doesn't come in the mail anymore? Roll Eyes

Hi Larry... Smiley

We still get several versions of the Sears Catalogue a year in the mail.

What they do here is drop them off in bundles at the condo and we pick one up.
If you order something once a year through the catalogue you always get a catalogue in the mail.

We are just waiting for the Christmas Wish Book from Sears, I love the Toy Section.... Grin

Live and learn.  Grin
I had no idea it was still published. I have not seen one in years. But then I quit buying from Sears when they closed the local store.
