FSRepaint help (Read 3185 times)

I use FSRepaint demao to help me locate difficult areas on textures. anyway, it wont load the Cheetah anymore. it gives the following error:

Any idea why?

what format are you saving the textures in? fsrepaint can only read bmp's, where it was designed originally for the fs2004 engine, so no dds.

all my textures are 32Bit 888-8 format.
will try to convert them all to normal BMP to test. Thanks

It's probably because it's the demo. After a while, it doesn't load anything other aircraft except default.  Sad

I've had the demo for years and it still loads all the aircraft I want except a few that were compiled in a different way but it won't read them anyway

The only diferencs with the demo is you can't save any changes you make.

Jakes...look at how your are compiling it as I mentiioned there is something than can stop it reading. RP' HS.748 is one aircraft that can't be read by FS repaint.

Sorry I can't remember what it was in the compiling.

Thank you Garry, It may be have something to do with the fact that I am using XML scripts for animations other than the default in MakeMDL.xml.

@Brandon:

It still loads other aircraft that is not default like the JBizz.  Wink
