Very nice! One of my old friends had a red 66 427 ci. vette. He let me drive it. I let off the pedal at 130 MPH because the car felt like it was floating. Redline on the tack in 3rd gear was between 120 and 130 MPH on his vette. I never got to 4rth gear.. to chicken.. I suppose.

PS: The Laker pipes were a bit of a curse at low speeds or at stop signs. The rich exhaust fumes would sometimes curl up to the drivers eyes and make them water profusely.  Cool

No worse than the insurance premiums did.

Nice shots, by the way.

I want one of those Land Yachts, .......and the 'vette to tow it with. Yeah, that's the ticket.

Thanks guys. Glad you like them! The Land Cruiser cabin was actually built by Curtiss aircraft. This is the only one of it's kind. The Duesenberg was one of two there. The cabin alone on this one was over 20 time more expensive than a complete model A ford...It truly was a stunner!
