If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Only plane I ever had from Abacus was their C185 - for a 30 day trial.  Quite a few planes for so little money - makes you wonder when others like Alphasim and Iris are letting their older stuff go free.

A valid point. But it did not help me decide.  Undecided  Grin
They have several for $10, maybe they are just not in the same financial position as Alphasim et al.

Quality could be a factor too.

I would suggest avoiding Abacus aircraft or scenery offerings, with the exception of their FSRepaint program or FSDS (although it is getting old now).

They are on par only with freeware releases that were around in the early days of FS2004 (and in some cases 2002). You can find much better freeware or payware versions of all of those aircraft.

Thanks Sean, that's the feedback I needed. Glad I waited now.  Smiley
