Hi everyone,

I am thinking about making a tutorial on placing satellite imagery into FSX, as it's fairly straightforward. However the SDK documents are quite confusing on how it all works.

The question is, would anyone find this helpful/useful?

It depends.  Is it using a program to place photorealistic scenery, or modeling it in gmax?

It will be basically explaining how to use the SDK to place satellite scenery, so no not with gmax.

Matthew

Edit: The main reason I am thinking about this is because I found it very difficult to work out myself and there didn't seem to be much help available when I was learning!

If you are talking about being able to create your own MegaSceneryEarth or stuff like that then I would be interested.

The kind of photo scenery I was thinking of is small areas such as airports or other areas of interest...  Smiley
