It really is a beautiful aircraft!

I am using the default DC-3 with HDE clouds and 3D lights.

Those first two shots are really cool!
I'm currently in the mood for flying old planes like this DC-3. Just finished a Nice - Sion with the Constellation, two hours before sundown, it was just great.... slow, but great Smiley

jlab58,

Good point! I think the battery would get flat rather quickly if they were left on for an entire flight  Smiley

Daube,

I'm in the same phase Smiley I'm loving the DC-3 and Constellation! The DC-3 is also very photogenic which I like  Grin

Oh yes, yes it is ! It's definitely one of my favorite default FSX planes. I already liked a lot the default FS9 DC-3, but the FSX version with the improved textures really pleases me a lot Smiley

Loved the misty glow around the lights. Yesterday I did a dusk approach in my Waco into my home airfield, Lots of Fun! (Crunch!) Grin

Does that mean a slightly hard landing?  Wink

Fortunately for my flight the weather had cleared up by the time I was landing so I didn't have to use the DC-3's ILS Grin
