When I run BGLC nothing happens.  Can someone explain to me how to make it work properly? Smiley

What are you trying to convert? A mdl to a bgl? I believe you just drop your mdl onto the bglcomp icon, and it will run like a command prompt for a second and disappear. You should then have a bgl created with the same name as the mdl, either in the bglcomp folder, or where the mdl is found. I forget.  Grin

I think this is what happens.

Urgh . . . skoker, you're running FSX if I remember correctly, right?

What I know applies to FS9 scenery stuff, but it seems logical that it would follow the same guidelines.

When you export from Gmax (right?) you end up with both an XML file as well as an MDL file.  The XML file needs editing, to tell it exactly where to place the model.  Then you drag and drop the XML file onto the compiler and it detects the MDL (yes, they MUST be in the same folder!) and converts both into a BGL for you to use.

Of course, when has M$ ever been logical . . . Roll Eyes
