If you add a border to an image, does that count as an edit? I have seen people put pictures with borders in both the Freeware an Payware sections.

MY SPECS= 5' 11" Slightly less than healthy male, 160 lbs., Brown eyes........Oh...you were wondering about my computers specs.....

Should be fine --- editing is where the image is enhanced -- just cropped or framed/drop shadow is fine
