Since their are very little aircraft addons for fsx, can fs2004 aircraft be used on fsx? 2004 has some great planes and, their are tons of them too.
I went to the following website and, downloaded about 30 jets onto my flash drive. I would love to add them to fsx, when i get fsx onto my external drive.

First of all: yes FS9 jets will (usually) 'fly' in FSX.

The question is will everything appear correctly (gauges, ex-, interior etc.) without tweaking the cfg's?! And often FS9 planes don't have a working VC...

Since FSX is out for quite a while there are many high quality planes that are made exclusivly for FSX and hundrets that have been adapted from earlier FS versions to work with FSX.

Just have a look here at the SimV FSX dwnld page (you gonna find nearly all planes in at least one version/paint - even my beloved TrAll is available since a few weeks  Cheesy) - and for true art in designing: Phil's: True FSX Freeware Aircraft & NA GA Airports!
