The tool that comes with the SDK. What does it do? I have tried following the installation instructions, but I can't get it to install.

Scroll down to the eighth download. you have to wait 10 minutes to get the free download unless you are a paid member. Hope this helps you. I don't know if this download is also here at Simv.

I seem to be missing something. Can anyone tell me what from this screen shot of an error I got?

Here is the entry from that section as well

EDIT nvm reinstalling it fixed it

I must of deleted something when I was a adding a path to the SDK thing

Look for whisplacer, not to hard to figure out, connects to fsx in topdown view so you can see where things are going.
