Is commercial really the defining factor, or is it any multi passenger aircraft, commercial, private, or military?

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Look at the ATR-72 or Dash 8. Tubes if I ever saw one.
