When there are several points particularly close to each other (I think the limitation is 2 miles, I must admit I had not really looked to deep into it) the FMGS just jumpsto the next point, of course while deleting them from the display.

On cruise it doesn't bother a lot. The problem begins in some "dense" approaches, eg some RNAV approaches. For example, on these 2 RNAV approaches, just after passing SHIRI, LIVNE and DALIT are deleted and the next point is LLBG, which of course renders the approach useless.

I looked into the settings cfg file of the plane and saw no value relevant to this issue. Has anyone encountered a similar phenomenon and found an effective solution?
