I bought this http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Logitech+-+ClearChat+Style/8779565.p?id=120553804062... headset for  flight simulator multiplayer and I've been having problems with other people not being able to hear me.  I can hear myself fine in the headphones, but everyone says I am in audible.  Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on?  I have it plugged into the correct jacks in the front of my computer and I've played with some settings in the computer but this is a foreign language to me.

First thing to check is to see that the mic input is active in the sound control. You've probably already done that. Check that the mic level is turned up too.

Second, if you installed an ATI card lately, you may have installed the sound drivers that ATI includes and it will automatically switch to those drivers. On some machines those drivers are unsupported by hardware but the computer doesn't know this. You have to go in to the control panel and change the drivers back to the default drivers.

This recently happened to me after installing another ATI card on a Wideview client. Unbeknownst to me, I thought it would just enhance the on-board sound. Wrong...
