I should of posted these alooong time ago, the flight was on the 22nd of Feb
I didn't get any shots of me flying, mum took those on the 'film' cam, and I was to busy flying the darn thing (I could barely see over the panel
) Anways:
I know it's from WWII, a grumman, Wildcat?
Stearman
It's the Mangers plane
, He took for a tour of his airport (Morrabbin, YMMB)
It sounded awesome
Best Paint job (sorry, zooming takes phones quality away
)
I only could get ONE shot in before they told us no pics of vids (dunno why, Terror?)

Maybe they don't want you stealing their lovely view?
Nice shots. I hope your flight was good

I dunno why, I think it was security issues
And yes it was perfact weather for flying, abit overcast, but barely any wind, both landings were smooth (Because most Pilot were given two kids, and would have two flights, each flight the other kid was in co-pilots seat, and parent in back
, total of about 50 Mins in air, 10-15 of those I was flying)

As far as I know there aren't any restrictions from taking photos in a Tower. Ive done it a couple times myself, though I was on a private tour with a Controller I knew.
Any restrictions I would assume were placed by tower management because there's no way I can see it as a security or more importantly a safety threat...
Beautiful planes though

Very nice for a cellphone!
BTW, the first one is a North American T-28 Trojan... if you thought the Stearman sounded awesome, you should hear one of
those
go by... or better yet, a group of them!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-28_Trojan
PS: I can't help this... it makes me crazy... so pardon me, but...
Tell me if this makes sense:
"
Of
you posted those pictures?"
"No, I
of
not."
"But I
of
posted some others from the same day."
"And I
of
a few more I
of
not posted yet."
It's "should
have
", or the contraction "should've".
Not "should of"!
And in spelling, it applies even if, in speech, you drop your "haitches".

I've been exasperated by this sort of thing since I was very young... it's just some freak disorder I have.
I may be wasting my time, but... I feel I owe it to all those English teachers I knew who somehow had the strength to come to work every day and not strangle half their students.
