dxdiag.exe using FSX (Read 400 times)

There is a option you can select when you run the dxdiag.exe to Run 64bit Dxdiag...does this make a difference in FSX using Windows 7 64bit edition. Dxdiag.exe seems to run the 32bit option when you first execute.
