uhmm a new problemo!

the pic says it all.

...

I've checked, no transparent setting on any texture exept for the windows Sad

Edited:
I have something to do with the alpha channel - when I make the alpha channel just white, there is no transparency - but obviously no reflections also  Sad

Looks like the model is set up to be transparent

You can set the individual model parts to be transparent alpha or alpha shine but not both.

The window need to have glass that is a seperate part and transparent and the other parts set for alpha shine

I gave you a whole tutorial on how to use the alpha channel to give the aircraft shine. But reading your post again, you say that no textures except the windows are using an alpha.

Hmmm, interesting. I wish I could help.  Cry

Ok, I've found the answer......
I applied a diffuse map in Gmax as normal, but didn't include a specular map. Ive added the same map as used for diffuse, and there you go! Ok a too glowy and too shiney perhaps, but at least problem solved!
