Maybe someone can help... I,ve exported my model to FS9, and the outside seems 100% fine - no parts inside out, ect. BUT:
when I look through the windows I cut out, I do not see the other side of the plane. I can see the othe side's wings though. Now I guessed it was something to do with the mirror bug, but I did it over: Cloned the left side, and middored the clone (not with the mirror button, but with the mirror operation in the modifier list). I also noticed that it have the same problem even in Gmax. Where have I gone wrong?

That' exactly what I was thinking!
I make the interior by cloning the fuselage then going to the Modifier panel. I click "Edit Mesh." Then select "Polygon." I select the fuse so that all the lines in the 2D view are red. Then I scroll to the bottom of the edit mesh panel. Click "Flip." This is how I do it. It may not be the correct way or the best, but it works for me!

Those are the right steps.
Now, to give it some "thickness" you then extrude the polygons slightly.

GR8! thank you guys! but now I have to focus on my exams, and can start seriously modelling my bizjet in three weeks time. The textures are sorted out -sort of. at least the model is in FS9 for a start.
I really appreciate all the help!
