Hi , I want to use the tailhook function to animate the swept wings, will it work? and how do I animate something? I use Gmax and currently doing for FS9, and if no hickups, will export for fsx as well!

tough learning curve!! Smiley Going to test the first export tonight, will give feedback tomorrow  Smiley

You can use the tailhook animation to model variable geometry wings... But that's kinda pointless, because as the wing geometry changes, so does the aircraft's performance and handling.

The best way I've seen to do it, is to make the wing animation as the first (or last) part of flap deployment.. then at least you have some control over how it effects flight.
