Yes, it's called REX (Real Environment eXtreme), but it's payware. No luck for freeware yet.
I didn't test the FS9 files either, I don't know if the file names are the same like for the clouds.

EDIT: nope ! The file names are similar, but not the same. So I'm pretty sure it won't work.
